Yosemite National Park – Tunnel View Astrophotography

After we departed the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, on our way back into Yosemite Valley, we decided we wanted to shoot some astrophotography at Tunnel View.

Yep, I guess you could say there were a few stars out that night! One of my favorite things to do while shooting this photo was to watch the headlamps on various elevations on El Capitan. Climbing that giant slab of rock is INSANE to me, but let’s be real, I’m just jealous.

And I have to give a huge shoutout to Kevin Miller for letting me jack his tripod for this shot, thanks my dude!
